BOM Subcommittee: Meeting March 27,2012
In attendance: Margot Hall, Tom Long, and Karen Pierce
Meeting called to order 7:15 PM
Continued discussion of current tasks related to care and maintenance of Edmond Town Hall.
Discussions also included pre-event and post event procedures for special events from booking on.
Nothing was brought forward for vote.
Next meeting will take place April 3rd.
